Has the gift of creating original ideas and solutions and then the ability to rally, inspire and organize others to take action, Lead the Kid Point vision for all campuses by being able to partner with campus pastors in creating a safe place for kids to find and follow Jesus, A clear strategy on resourcing and partnering with families throughout the week and not just on a Sunday, Ability to lead ideation for services and engagement from birth to 5th grade, A clear strategy and pathway for kids from birth to 5th grade, A focused strategy and development for 4/5 graders and the transition into students at every campus, Provide strong leadership for all campuses alongside campus pastors in the development of campus Kid Point directors.
