Allan was born on August 4, 1950 in Middlebury and was a son of the late Bernard Robinson, Sr. and Marguerite (Handel) Robinson. She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Boucher and Yolande Pelletier (Albert); her step-father Fernand Pelletier; and her brother Dean Boucher.
